Facility seemed nice and was convenient to the park but we weren't there long. Staff was very nice at check in and check out, parking was convenient and the two rooms we needed were located just across the hall from each other.
Only 0.6 mi from Lake Kozjak, the biggest lake in Plitvice National Park, the Pansion Breza is located on a peaceful location, surrounded by forest and meadows.

The room was perfect and just as the pictures showed; it was nice to have the balcony. The mattress and pillows were probably the most comfortable we have had in our travels in Croatia thus far. Everything was immaculate. The breakfast was amazing--so many different things to choose from and all homemade/organic. Bozica was very sweet, helpful, and accommodating; Milan was very helpful as well; Maria (breakfast area) was very sweet--her pride in the breakfast area was quite evident and refreshing. She kept the area neat and tidy and fully stocked; she and Bozica made all of the baked goods (and maybe the other food as well--not sure). The inn and breakfast reminded us of being in the Alps, as did the Plitvice Jezera area. The inn is very well located--close to the National park. We drove to a restaurant our first night and walked down the street to another restaurant our second night. Kudos to Rick Steves for recommending this lovely family-run inn!

We loved our hosts they went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
Breakfast was fantastic.
Sitting on the terrace having a glass of wine in the beautiful surrounds was a great way to wind down after walking the park.
We had dinner at their sister hotel Grand Lakes which was fantastic plus we were picked up and dropped off and to top it off got a a 10%discount 😊
We also had dinner at Bistro Antonio which was terrific
Both restaurants had fantastic meals and staff.
We loved our time here

Stunning views in national park Pltivička jezera.
Stunning views in national park Pltivička jezera. Plenty of walking paths that are exceptionally maintained. Restaurants, coffee and souvenir shops can be found on main spots with decent prices. Most of places are card only which is another big plus for this place.

Plitvicka is beautiful.
Plitvicka is beautiful. I recommend booking tickets well in advance and going early. Upper and Lower Lakes are beautiful. We walked both lakes in one day, starting at approximately 9:30am, finishing at 4:00pm during shoulder season.

Comfortable bed! Location to Plitvice park entrance #3. Quality of food was great. Variety of breakfast options. Ease of parking. Staff:) Free activities: pool, table tennis, small ‘zoo’, several outdoor sitting areas.
Cons:
Size of shower (no problem for us as we are small) Charge for archery.

The scenery and walkways were awesome.
The scenery and walkways were awesome. Loved they kept the walkways more natural in wood and rock and how they weaved throughout the park. They apparently limit the number of guests, but it was VERY crowded both late afternoon and early morning. Hard to enjoy nature with heal to heal people on the paths. Would have paid more to have less people.

That is a magnificent park surrounding beautiful lakes and waterfalls in every second step Although heavily crowded during the high season it does worth to try it perhaps twice so that the second day may have the chance to find an appropriate combination of routes more serene. It is a lifetime experience if it is not crowded.

This hotel had many cute and surprising amenities: petting zoo with farm animals, a spa with services and a wonderful restaurant with amazing dinner choices and a plentiful wine list. Plus the room was cozy and had a soft aroma of the forest. The best surprise was the informal Entrance 3 into the National Park that was not on our tourist maps. It was a short 7-minute walk from our hotel into the Park and all the beautiful hiking trails. This is definately the neighborhood to stay in when visiting Plitvice!
2 minutes drive to the Plitvice Lakes National Park Entrance 2, excellent location. The staff provided the most complete and best optimized park tour strategy, however due to overnight heavy rain the trails were partially open. Very good breakfast, plus the owner provided wrappings telling every guest to pack sandwich for snack or lunch. Feel like visiting old friends. All furnitures are of solid wood, good quality, heavy and sturdy, from which you known owner’s personality.
As far as location goes, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk down a nice woodland area to Entrance 2 of Plitvice Lakes National Park. There is also a mini-market some 50 metres away and a bistro at the entrance of Mukinje village. The apartment was spotless, cosy and comfortable, and for the three friends that we were, it was just perfect! This apartment definitely comes highly recommended!
It was great to be able to see some of the Plitvice Lakes National Park waterfalls from above the afternoon we arrived. Both the dinner and breakfast were so good, and it was nice to have a bag to bring leftovers from breakfast to the park with us for a snack. The sheep outside our bedroom window when we ckecked in were a bonus treat!
The staff was very kind and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable! The property is very close to the Plitvice Lakes and we could leave the car parked in the hotel. The breakfast was very complete and fresh! The owner was I contact with us and ready to ease our stay with them! Totally worthy, exactly what we needed!
Great place to stay while visiting Plitvice Lakes. Host is lovely and you can leave bags before check in
The room is basic and there are communal tea making facilities
We ate at the restaurant next door and the pizza was decent
Villa is located in a small village so not much to do after visiting the lakes, just relax :)
The hotel located in a good location very close to the Plitvice National Park Entrance 2. You can walk through the forest for 20 mins or 3 mins by car to the entrance. The room was clean and quite spacious. The host was very friendly. He gave us advice about getting access to the park and places for breakfast and dinner.
Nicely decored room (wood) with modern equipement and airco - comfortable bed. Correct buffet breakfast (10 eur) - Possibility to have dinner (limited choice but good food) - Free Parking - located 7 km from entrance of Plitvice Park - Very welcoming hotelkeeper giving us good advice for visits !
Extremely comfortable family-run hotel, bran-new and with very friendly and helpful stuff. Nice breakfast and good dinner in another hotel-restaurant wich belongs to the same family. We were very happy to choose this option. Very relaxing after the day walking at Plitvice Lakes.
Everything was great. The location, cleanliness, parking space, utilities like a proper hotel, newly constructed, responsive owner, proper guidelines for self check-in. Distance from Plitvice Jezera is just 15 minutes drive. And very big rooms with beautiful bathroom.
The location is great, close on foot to the entrance 2 to the Plitvice Lakes Park and there is a market and parking just in front of the building. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and cosy. The communication with the host was easy and quick.
Best stay we had in Croatia. The hotel rooms were amazingly clean and beautiful, the lunch packages were delicious and the owners were super nice people. They gave us a ton of valuable recommendations. We'll be back for sure :)
The overall stay in Hotel Jezero was amazing! Location was perfect to go to Plitvice Lakes. The staff were outstanding and made our stay memorable. The food and breakfast was also amazing. Lovely pool and Sauna on site too.
Excellent location for access to Plitvice Lakes. Perfectly adequate general store just two minutes stroll away. The apartment was a delightful surprise as soon as we walked in the door.
The hotel is a charming cottage that is really close to the Plitvice park entrance 2. The owner was very nice and helpful. They serve breakfast for extra €12 that was great.
Location must be one of the best in the area to visit the Plitvice National Park, without a doubt!
Rooms and hotel area is beautiful and could be breathtaking, but...
